Our contextual approach integrates local craftsmanship with contemporary materials, construction techniques, and evolving technologies to deliver enduring, relevant solutions. 

 Graduated in 2017 from the Institute of Environmental Design (IED), Vallabh Vidyanagar, Farhan Sipai brings 9+ years of professional experience across architecture and interior design. He began his career at Rajesh Kenkre Architects, Goa, contributing to a diverse portfolio spanning residential, hospitality, and interior projects. As the firm lead at The Design Yard, Farhan drives projects with creative, conscious design strategies that consistently exceed functional and experiential expectations.
